Our first thoughts
OUR FIRST IMPRESSION
Looking at the floor plan, we identified several opportunities to improve the layout. The reception and coffee bar are currently positioned to the right, making them less visible upon arrival. Relocating both the coffee bar and the repro area to the heart of the workplace would create a more central hub for activity and interaction.
Working and collaboration spaces could then be organized around a central hospitality square, while quieter focus areas are positioned further away in concentric zones. This creates a natural transition from vibrant, social spaces to calm, focused work environments.
